Sarah Weiss is the founder of SpiritHeal Institute
Sarah is a visionary teacher of embodied consciousness, Sacred Circle ceremony, and New Earth emergence. With more than four decades of experience, Sarah has devoted her life to restoring humanity’s relationship with ceremony, the living Earth, and the innate intelligence of the human body.
Her work weaves together the feminine spiritual lineage with somatic awareness, energetic transmission, sacred geometry, and Earth–Cosmic alignment to create coherent fields of transformation where individuals and communities can safely awaken into their true nature. At the heart of Sarah’s teaching is the Sacred Circle—a living, collective intelligence that supports deep healing, soul retrieval, and the embodiment of higher states of consciousness in everyday life.
Sarah’s approach is grounded, experiential, and profoundly heart-centered. She emphasizes nervous system regulation, embodied presence, and the cultivation of safety as essential foundations for spiritual awakening. Through her classes, retreats, and year-long ceremonial journeys, participants are guided to release limitation, reclaim their innate wholeness, and become stable, luminous expressions of the New Earth.
As a guide, Sarah serves not as an authority above, but as a facilitator of living energies—holding spaces where wisdom emerges organically, love becomes tangible, and transformation unfolds naturally through embodied awareness and collective resonance.

A Mystic Since Birth
I am a daughter of Mother Earth and Father Sun and a teacher of feminine spiritual mysteries. Every breath arises from The Heart of the Mother, and I breathe her love into life through presence and ceremony. She is the mother of all creation who leads us with her partner, Father Sun, to wholeness. When we return to her embrace, we discover our spirit family that ranges from earth to the stars and never feel abandoned again. This is what she has taught me in my 73 years as a child, mother, grandmother, and lover.
My passion and spiritual directive are to enliven, inspire, and empower those who desire to be whole. When we heal the split between body and spirit we are able to carry the deepest spiritual transmission, which is to radiate joy, balance, and strength daily. I have been gifted, through spiritual transmission, with the ability to activate awareness of the loving universe, subtle energy perception, and healing and empowerment.
As a committed student for over 50 years in the Sufi, Andean, and Taoist traditions, I am entrusted with transmitting the universal teachings of love, harmony, and beauty. I continue to honor and welcome the living teachings of the ancient ones and hope to open doors to a wondrous multi-dimensional human experience.
You’ll hear more about my daily mystical experiences when we journey together. I remember the light that carried me from the ethereal realms to earth. In my crib, I played with the light beings only I could see. They were my constant companions, and I lived in the ecstasy of our joyful union. In one dimension-shifting moment, life changed, and it’s been a wild ride ever since.
About 6 months into life as a human, my focus shifted. Obscuring the light, a shadow appeared and took shape: my mother was leaning over the crib to lift me up. Once my eyes adjusted to the darkness, I landed on earth. While others may have forgotten their light origins, I have not. My light friends are still with me, and I have fought to keep them around.
Through near-death experiences, physical and emotional trauma, and life-altering transcendent experiences, I remain faithful to all relations here and beyond. The Heart of the Mother appears in moments when we can receive purification and healing and when majesty, love, and power enlighten the world.
One near-death experience, two shared-death experiences, daily contact with inter-dimensional light beings, and meetings with powerful mystics and places define my life. Each day I share sacred space with clients and am t in awe of the universal wisdom that shapes our lives.

My work is grounded in the understanding that healing is not simply the resolution of symptoms, but the awakening of the deeper intelligence that lives within each person. Whether you are navigating a health challenge, a spiritual awakening, a life transition, or a desire for greater purpose and alignment, our work together is designed to help you reconnect with your innate wisdom and healing potential.
I also collaborate with physicians, therapists, counselors, and other healthcare professionals to support their clients with medical intuitive insights and energetic healing. Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to building bridges between the academic and the intuitive, the traditional and the non-traditional, the spiritual and the secular. When illness, crisis, or transformation invites us into deeper questions, I believe there is an inner intelligence and healing presence waiting to be discovered. Sometimes all that is needed is guidance, support, and a safe space for that deeper wisdom to emerge.
At the heart of my work is a profound gratitude for the teachers who guided my own path. I honor the beloved masters whose patience, wisdom, compassion, and unwavering commitment helped shape an unruly, curious child of the 1960s into a mature steward of sacred teachings and ceremonial work.

Every class is a Sacred Ceremony, and the Sacred Circle is the container. This is where we receive teachings, grace, and the power to have our higher being become our every-day being so we can live the life seeded in our souls.
Whether virtual or in-person, the Sacred Circle is activated when we relax, ground, and align with the power and vitality streaming through Mother Earth to all creation.
