The workshop, class, or retreat is offered through Zoom and can be attended by phone or computer, allowing you to participate from the comfort of your own home.
Please create a quiet, uninterrupted space for yourself during the session. We recommend using earbuds or headphones with a microphone to ensure the best audio experience and to minimize distractions.
For the class, sit comfortably in a chair with your feet resting flat on the floor. This posture supports a deeper grounding connection with Mother Earth and helps you remain relaxed, present, and comfortable throughout the entire session.
The more fully you prepare your space and settle into your body, the more deeply you will be able to receive the teachings, healing energies, and transformational experiences offered during our time together.

Each participant may be required to mute their sound during meditations, when you need to move, attend to something in your surroundings, or take a break.

You enter the meeting with your microphone muted. Once the group has gathered, you will be invited to unmute.

A Zoom account is not required if you are strictly joining Zoom Meetings as a participant. You can join SpiritHeal Institute Zoom classes and retreats as a participant without creating an account.

A Zoom Meeting refers to a video or teleconferencing meeting that’s hosted using Zoom. Zoom is a conferencing service you can use to virtually meet with others – either by video or audio-only or both, all while conducting live chats. At the moment, all classes and retreats are exclusively held as audio only. You will receive a phone number or link, ID, and password that allows you to participate in the session actively. I will record our sessions for you to download or stream on our site to listen to later.

Over the years, I have held dozens of retreats at sacred sites around the world- Peru, Thailand, Costa Rica, Mexico, and incredible power places in the United States. It is wonderful to be in nature and have the silence and stillness surround you every day.
However, I have always taught that each person is a sacred site, meaning we carry the divine energies within. In the end, we can have an experience in our home that is as rich and rewarding as five days at a holy site. I am very experienced holding teleclasses and virtual retreats, and I can tell you (and so can my students) that they are just as powerful as any other format.

Participation in Sacred Circle ceremonies calls forth profound wisdom and grounds your consciousness in the flow of Earth and Heaven.

The SpiritHeal Sacred Circle Ceremony is a living field of transformation—a sacred gathering where we return to our inherent wholeness and reclaim our divine connection to Earth, Cosmos, and Self.
In this space, time slows, nervous systems soften, and the heart remembers its ancient wisdom. We sit together—equal beings, luminous souls—forming a circle that is more than human presence alone. The Earth herself joins. The Cosmos gathers. Guides, ancestors, and living energies respond to our openness.
Inside the Sacred Circle, nothing is forced. Awakening unfolds organically, like a flower slowly opening to the light. Breath by breath, awareness returns to the body. Energy roots downward into the womb of Mother Earth and rises through the golden axis into Father Sun, activating the continuum of being that makes us whole and alive. Participants often describe a sense of coming home—a remembering of something long forgotten yet deeply true.
Ceremony is not merely symbolic; it is catalytic. It clears what no longer serves, restores coherence, and awakens frequencies of love, harmony, and creative emergence. Every participant contributes to the field and is nourished by it. Together we form a living organism of consciousness, a container where miracles can occur naturally.
