The Winter Solstice is the sacred turning inward, where the light we have received becomes the life we are preparing to embody.
The waves of awakening that have carried us through 2026 are bringing us to a new shore—a place of stillness, integration, and inner fertility. We have traveled on waves of love, rivers of light, and heavenly streams of consciousness, each experience carrying us deeper toward the silence within.
Now, at the Winter Solstice, the movement turns inward. This is the sacred season of illumination, when the light within begins to gather the experiences of the year and weave them into a more coherent whole. What we have lived, learned, released, loved, and become can settle into its deeper meaning.
Inner illumination is not simply a light we perceive; it is a light that begins to enlighten our lives. Through ceremony we become quiet enough to receive it, new pathways open for Spirit to breathe, move, and live through us. The scattered pieces of our journey begin to find their place within the greater wholeness of who we are becoming.
Winter is the fertile darkness in which this transformation takes root. Nothing needs to be forced into being. We allow the illumination within us to organize what has already awakened, preparing the inner ground for what is yet to emerge.
From the stillness of the Winter Solstice, we begin our journey toward the Spring Equinox, carrying within us the seeds of a new expression of life. What is illuminated in winter becomes what is ready to be born in spring.

Your Guide Sarah Weiss
Sarah Weiss, MA, LMT, is the founder of SpiritHeal Institute and an internationally respected teacher of Sacred Circle ceremony, embodiment, and transformational healing. For more than 45 years, she has guided individuals and groups into deep states of coherence, safety, and embodied awakening.
Sarah’s work integrates somatic awareness, living energy transmission, sacred geometry, and Earth–Cosmic alignment to support the emergence of the New Earth through the human body.
